Buying

Who is selling these lots?

Black & White Land owns every lot on this site and sells it directly. You deal with the owner. There are no agents and no commissions. One exception is the 54-acre MCM tract, which is listed with an agent; its listing says who to call.

How do I buy a lot?

Pick a lot, send an offer from the Make an Offer page or call or text us, sign a purchase agreement, and close through a title company. When you close, the lot is yours. The full steps are in How to Buy a Lot at Lake of the Ozarks.

Can I buy more than one lot?

Yes. Tap Save this lot on each listing you like, then send one offer for all of them from the Make an Offer page. Our Neighboring Lots page lists lots that touch each other. In Four Seasons, an owner can replat up to three side-by-side lots into one with Board approval.

What does Coming Soon mean?

A Coming Soon lot closes in 1 to 3 months instead of right away. Call or text to ask about one.

Do you offer owner financing?

Not at this time. Call or text if you want to talk about terms on a specific lot.

Can I go look at a lot before I buy?

Yes. Every listing has an aerial photo with the lot lines drawn and a map link, so you can drive to it. You can also see every lot on our lot map. Call or text 573-480-0117 if you want help finding one.

How do I hear about new lots first?

Sign up for new lot alerts and we will email you when a lot goes up.
